When I’ve started Blogging Mix, the first thing I did was to get my blog registered to as much Search Engine, RSS and Open Web Directories as possible. This is a good way to start a successful blog for 2 reasons:

Increase the number of links to your blog, which will also increase your blog’s Page Ranking (Google and Technorati).

Get your blog exposed to more people who are using directories. This will result to an increase in the number of traffic to your blog.

Speaking of directories, I’ve decided to blog about Blogsrecord.com in today’s post.
