it’s seem to be a scam when the day arrive. no payment or late payment, dunno, till today 25 of june. payment date should be 15, but it has not out of progress …

This is crazy. You are saying this scam site called Buyblogreviews is the only one that allows negotiation between bloggers and advertisers but it is no true at all.
This site does the same: http://tinyurl.com/subsolosponsoredreviews and even better. You can bid and advertisers can make a counter offer.
And you get paid a few days later and not months later like this scam site.
If you want to promote an affiliate link try to get a better affiliate program because the one you are promoting is not good.
